FAQ on Voluntary Resignation Scheme
UCL UCU was not consulted prior to the announcement of the Voluntary Resignation Scheme and it has not been negotiated with us by UCL management.
That said, we have received a number of enquiries from members. Branch Officers have produced a FAQ for the Voluntary Resignation Scheme. We have based our answers on a combination of experience, knowledge of the law and discussion with HR.
If there are questions that are not answered in the FAQ that you would like to see there, or you are advised differently by HR, please let us know.
