AGM Agenda & deadline for submitting motions
This is a reminder that we have our UCL UCU Annual General Meeting on Thursday 27 June (13:00 – 14.30).
All members are encouraged to attend. If you wish to submit motions to this meeting, the deadline is 5pm on Monday 17 June so that we can circulate them in advance.
The meeting will be hybrid. You can attend online or in-person.
- The in-person meeting is in room 433 at 1-19 Torrington Place. Please register in advance if you intend to come in person so we can accurately estimate for catering purposes.
- If you are joining online, please register for a zoom link.
For the in-person meeting, food will be available from 12.45 and the business of the meeting will start at 13.00. We are allowing 1.5 hours for this meeting because running polls in a hybrid meeting can take more time.

After the AGM, at 16:30 there will be a branch social in the upstairs room of the Marquis Cornwallis. All members are invited to attend.
For catering purposes, if you plan to attend the AGM in person and/or the social event at the pub, please let us know in advance using this form.
As a reminder, there is still time to put yourself forward for the Executive Committee. The extended deadline for receipt of nominations using this form is 5pm on Monday 24th June 2024.
