Annual General Meeting 13:00-14:30 Thurs 25 June

A reminder of our UCL UCU Annual General Meeting: Thursday 25 June 2026 (13:00 – 14:30). All members are warmly encouraged to attend. 

Motions

Meeting Registration

The meeting will be hybrid so you can either attend in person or join online – registration links have been emailed to members. 

For the in-person meeting, which is being held in Malet Place, Engineering, Room 1.20, food will be available from 12.30, and the business of the meeting will start at 13.00. We are allowing 1.5 hours for this meeting because running polls and voting in hybrid meetings can take more time.

Executive Committee 2026-27 Nominations

As a reminder, there is still time to put yourself forward for the Executive Committee.  The extended deadline for receipt of nominations using this form is 5pm, Monday 22nd June 2026.

All members are warmly invited to attend both the AGM and the Branch Social.
