General Meeting Thursday 1st February 15:00 – 16:00 (hybrid meeting) calling notice
This is a formal calling notice for a General Meeting of UCL UCU which will be held on
Thursday 1st February from 13:00 – 14:00
in Anatomy G29 J Z Young LT in Medical Sciences and Anatomy
and also online via Zoom
This will be a hybrid meeting. To participate via zoom please register to receive the zoom link via email.
Members are invited to submit motions on any topic within the rules. Motions should be submitted to ucu@ucl.ac.uk with the subject line: Motion for GM by 10am on Monday 29th January.
We aim to circulate submitted motions to members on Monday afternoon. Amendments to motions may be submitted until 10am Wednesday 31st January for discussion and decision-making at the GM on Thursday 1st February.
Later the same day we are holding a members-only branch social event at the Marquis Cornwallis on Marchmont Street. The branch is providing funding for an initial amount of free drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic available) so it’s a perfect opportunity to meet and chat in a relaxed setting, especially if you are already on campus attending the General Meeting.
