Calling notice for General Meeting, Tuesday 12th May at 1pm

This is a formal calling notice for a regular General Meeting of UCL UCU, Tuesday 12th May 2026, at 1pm.

Meetings will be held online via Zoom and members have been emailed a registration link. 

As usual, members are invited to submit motions for debate on any topic.

Any motions not heard for lack of time at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 30th April will be added to the agenda for this General Meeting, unless otherwise notified.

Guidance on writing a motion can be found on this page, or members are welcome to contact Branch Officers for drafting assistance. Motions should be received by the branch at ucu@ucl.ac.uk by 12pm on Wednesday 6th May 2026.

Submitted motions will be circulated to members on the same day, and amendments to these motions will then be invited, up until 10am on Monday 11th May, after which the final set of motions and amendments will be circulated.

All members are warmly encouraged to attend both General Meetings.
