Motions submitted for the AGM Thursday 25 June

Seven motions have been submitted for our UCL UCU Annual General Meeting taking place on Thursday 25 June 2026 (1-2.30pm). See Appendix 1 for details.  All members are warmly encouraged to attend. 

Amendments

Members are invited to submit amendments to the motions at Appendix 1.  Please email any proposed amendments to ucu@ucl.ac.uk by 5pm on Monday 22nd June.

Meeting Registration

The meeting will be hybrid so you can either attend in person or join online – details have been emailed to members. 

For the in-person meeting, food will be available from 12.30pm, and the business of the meeting will start at 1pm. We are allowing 1.5 hours for this meeting because running polls and voting in hybrid meetings can take more time.

Don’t forget the Branch Social from 5pm on the same day. All members are cordially invited, see email for details.

Executive Committee 2026-27 Nominations

As a reminder, there is still time to put yourself forward for the Executive Committee.  The extended deadline for receipt of nominations using this form is the same time as amendments to motions – 5pm, Monday 22nd June 2026.

All members are warmly invited to attend both the AGM and the Branch Social.
