Calling notice for General Meeting, Thursday 29th January at 1pm

This is a formal calling notice for a General Meeting of UCL UCU taking place 1-2pm on Thursday 29th January 2026.

All members are invited to join the meeting online via zoom, please check your inbox for registration details.

Members are invited to submit motions for debate on any topic. Guidance on writing a motion can be found on this page, or members are welcome to contact Branch Officers for drafting assistance. Motions should be received by the branch at ucu@ucl.ac.uk by 12pm on Friday 23rd January.

Submitted motions will be circulated to members on Friday 23rd January, and amendments to these motions will then be invited, up until 5pm on Monday 26th January.  The final set of motions and amendments will be circulated on Tuesday 27th January.

All members are encouraged to attend the General Meeting.
