We have organised an emergency general meeting to hear from members and reps on Monday 1 July at 2pm.
We are writing to alert you to the Special Meeting of Academic Board which has been called to discuss a motion calling for a review of UCL’s investments in and links with companies which provide weapons to states accused of genocide and crimes against humanity, or which actively support or facilitate human rights violations.
Two motions have been submitted for debate at the AGM. Please register for lunch and the branch social so we can order enough catering.
Any woman who self-identifies as Black is invited to participate
OPEN LETTER TO UCL PROVOST – Engage with student protestors, don’t misrepresent them!
This is a reminder that we have our UCL UCU Annual General Meeting on Thursday 27 June (13:00 – 14.30).
We were very sad to hear of the death of an active member of UCL UCU, a regular striker on the cold and damp staircase at 26 Bedford Way.
Uncontested branch officer nominees declared elected and nominations extended for ordinary executive committee members until Monday 24th June.
There will be another branch social on the same day as the AGM – all members are cordially invited to attend!
