We would like to draw your attention to the UCU elections for the UCU National Executive Committee that began on 27 January, which will close on 3 March 2025. 

All colleagues are warmly encouraged to vote. You should have received ballot papers through the post for the current UCU Trustee, officer, and National Executive Committee elections. If you have mislaid or not received ballot papers, which are in a large A4 envelope, you can request new ballot papers (deadline 24 February). You can read candidate statements on the UCU website.

UCU has launched a Stop the Cuts in HE campaign calling for a ‘fit for purpose’ funding model and for urgent government intervention.
