Nominations invited for Executive Committee
This is a reminder that nominations are open for members to join the Executive Committee next year. Nomination is by a simple online form followed by confirmation emails from two UCU members nominating you.
The deadline for nomination is next Thursday 29th May 2025, by close of business (17:00). Further information about the positions available, training, time off and job-sharing is available here. We need more members to step up so please consider volunteering!
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 26 June 2025 between 1.00-2.30pm. This meeting will be hybrid, taking place in B05 Darwin Building and online via Zoom. If attending in person, lunch will be available.

Branch Social
After the AGM, from 5pm, please join us for a branch social. Registration helps with catering numbers, so please let us know if you’re planning to come along. Details have been emailed to members.
AGM Motions
Members are invited to submit motions for debate at the AGM. Guidance on writing a motion can be found here and Branch Officers are available for any drafting advice. Motions should be emailed to ucu@ucl.ac.uk by 9am on Monday 23rd June.
