Nominations invited for Executive Committee

There is still time for members to send in nominations to join the Executive Committee next year.  Nomination is by a simple online form followed by confirmation emails from two UCU members nominating you.

The deadline for nomination is tomorrow at 5pm, 17:00 Thursday 29th May 2025.  Further information about the positions available, training, time off and job-sharing is available here.  We need more members to step up so please consider volunteering!

We have had a query about whether colleagues are able to put themselves forward for more than one position. The answer is yes, but colleagues will only be elected to one. 

All officers are members of the committee. In the election process, candidates for officer roles are advised to put themselves down for committee places as well, otherwise if they were not elected to the officer role they would not be eligible to be elected to the committee at the AGM.
