This is a calling notice for motions to be submitted to the online General Meeting, held via zoom on Tuesday 21st October 2025 at 1-2pm.

Equality Conferences

UCU holds annual Equalities Conferences open to members to attend and vote. If you wish to attend one of these conferences on behalf of the branch, please also email ucu@ucl.ac.uk.

This meeting can accept Equality Conference motions for debate, which are limited to 150 words. The branch is entitled to submit 2 additional motions. You can also contact branch officers for help with drafting motions.

Deadlines

Please submit motions by 5pm on Monday 13th October. Motions will be circulated on Wednesday 15th October, and amendments will be accepted until 5pm on Friday 17th October.
